3. Service Appointments

3.1 Scheduling

Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. While we strive to accommodate emergency requests, availability may vary. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

3.2 Cancellations

We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Estimates

While we provide free estimates, final pricing may vary based on actual work required. Any significant variations will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved payment methods. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a 90-day warranty on workmanship for all services performed. This warranty covers defects in installation or repair but does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect
  • Alterations by other parties
  • Acts of nature

6. Liability

While we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Unavoidable property damage during necessary repairs
  • Delays due to material availability or permitting
  • Consequential damages

7. Property Access and Safety

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas. We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are unsafe or if proper access cannot be provided.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
